Only what you type into the project inquiry form: your name, phone number, and optionally your company, email, approximate power need and project details. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Why
To answer your inquiry about an energy-storage project. The details are not used for marketing and are not sold or shared with third parties for their own use.
Where it goes
The inquiry is passed to NAPCO's engineering and sales team. Server logs kept for security contain the request time and network address, not the form contents.
How long we keep it
For as long as the inquiry or resulting project discussion is active, and then for the period Iranian law requires for business records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent by calling one of the offices on the contact page.
